Right to cancel a transaction :

Product return conditions :
- The product will be returned in its original condition , closed and in its original packaging.
- An invoice or proof of purchase must be attached.
- The costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation fees :
- In the event of a transaction cancellation not due to a defect in the product, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS , whichever is lower, will apply.
