Use of the Website is limited to areas designated by the Company and subject to Israeli law.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are packed within 3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 are processed the next business day.

• Delivery Time: Up to 7 business days (10 in remote areas). Delays may occur during busy periods.

• Delivery Method: Via external courier company. In rural areas, delivery may be made to the local council office.

• Home Delivery: Customer must be available for coordination. Undeliverable packages will be returned and re-sent at the customer’s expense.

• Self Pickup: Available by prior arrangement from: 24 HaPlada St., Arad, Israel.

• Incorrect Address: Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Inaccurate information causing return will incur an additional shipping charge.

• Delivery Confirmation: Requires signature of an adult. With prior approval, the courier may leave the package at the door.

• Excluded Locations: The Website reserves the right to cancel or delay orders to areas not served by the courier.

• Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays caused by strikes, natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.

Return and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days from receipt of the product or contract summary.

• Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with invoice, to: 24 HaPlada St., Arad.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• A cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply.

• No refund will be issued for used, damaged, or altered products.

• Promotional items received as a gift must also be returned with the purchase.

• Refunds are made only to the original payment method.

Defective Product Returns

• If a product is defective, the Company will cover the return shipping cost.

• The product will be examined, and if found defective, a full refund will be issued.

• If no defect is found, return shipping back to the customer will be at their expense.

Influencer & Coupon Campaigns

• Discounts (e.g., IL15 or exclusive influencer coupons) are valid for specific product kits and time-limited.

• No double discounts or club member benefits may be combined.

• Cancellation of such discounted orders will result in refund based on the post-discount amount only.

User Conduct
Use of the Website must be lawful.
It is prohibited to upload or transmit any viruses, unauthorized scripts, false information, offensive content, or materials violating others’ rights.
Unauthorized use may result in blocking, legal action, or order cancellation.
