Shipping Policy
Processing and Packaging Time:
Once an order is received and approved, the website operator will prepare and pack the products within 3 business days from the date of confirmation.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be considered as placed on the next business day.
Delivery Time:
Shipping time is up to 7 business days to the address provided during checkout.
For remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
During peak periods such as product launches or promotions, delays of up to 5 additional business days may occur.
Shipping Provider:
Shipments are carried out by an external courier company.
In community areas, villages, or kibbutzim, the delivery may be made to the local council office or community center.
Home Delivery:
The customer must be available by phone to coordinate the delivery.
If the customer is unavailable, the package will be returned to the website operator and re-shipped at an additional cost.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping fees will be added to the total order amount and determined according to the website’s terms and conditions.
Shipping costs may be updated from time to time.
Self-Pickup:
Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement from the company’s warehouse at:

Incorrect Shipping Details:
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If the shipment is returned due to incorrect details, the customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees.
Delivery Confirmation:
Delivery will be confirmed with the signature of an adult.
If the customer requests that the package be left at the door or another designated location, this will only be done after receiving explicit approval.
Undeliverable Locations:
If the delivery address is outside the courier company’s service area, the company reserves the right to cancel the order or offer alternative delivery solutions.
Delays Beyond Company Control:
The website operator is not responsible for delivery delays caused by strikes, natural disasters, force majeure, or unusually high workloads.
Reporting Delivery Issues:
Any issues with the delivery (damaged item, missing product, or delay) must be reported within 3 business days from the actual delivery date or the expected delivery date.
